Grab a friend and inspire them to come out. From wellness, to look up lights, a wild exhibition or maybe escape to Versailles, I think I’ve got February covered.

‘Luminous’ by Luxmuralis at St Pauls Cathedral will be offering a breathtaking vision of art, sound and architecture by transforming the interior of Londons most iconic landmark with an immersive sound and light show suitable for all ages.
Tickets are £17.50 for adults and £10 for children.

The Royal Academy Arts latest exhibition is "Brazil! Brazil! The Birth of Modernism”. Featuring over 130 works by ten important Brazilian artists from the twentieth century. It will be the sunshine you are craving in this beautifully curated exhibition.

28 January - 21 April
"The Face Magazine: Culture Shift" opens this month at The National Portrait Gallery. Showcasing over 200 photographs by more than 80 photographers, it is sure to be a visual delight. With iconic portraits in the mix, is will show the influential role The Face magazine had in shaping British youth culture from 1980 to 2004.
Tickets cost £23 / 25.50 with donation. Free for Members.
20 February - 18 May 2025
Orchid festival inspired by the beauty of Peru is now open at Kew Gardens in it’s annual home, The Princess of Wales glasshouse. Explore Peru and discover displays of Peruvian plants and animals. A day at Kew is always a day well spent.

Flowers Flora in Contemporary Art & Culture opens at the Saatchi Gallery. Over two floors and 9 gallery spaces, see the influence flowers continue to have in our creative world.

Mind your brain with heath & wellness at Kings Cross where there will be inner city saunas, ice baths and hot yoga. We did it and we loved it. Highly highly recommended for a feel good factor. Be sure to take towels & flip flops.Tickets are £12 peak and £9 off-peak (closed on Tuesdays).

Breathscapes by Illusionaries at Canary Wharf. An immersive Journey into Mindfulness and Transformation Through Meditation, Bodywork, and Breathwork.

‘Dickens in Doughty Street: 100 Years of the Charles Dickens Museum’ . This charming little museum will be celebrating their centenary, located in Charles Dickens's former London home. Unseen items and treasures will be on show such as handwritten drafts.
5 February - 29 June 2025
Versailles: Science and Splendour at The Science Museum. Wet your appetite for Marie Antoinette at the V&A in September with this extraordinary detailed exhibition on life at Versailles. One of the most pleasantly surprising exhibitions I’ve been to in a long time. A must see.

Extra’s
Chinese New Year celebrations take place 2 February in London’s West End. It is the largest celebration outside of Asia, so expect lots of dragon dancing in around Chinatown from midday.
ZooNation's Hip-Hop Half-Term will be doing a workshop introducing families to a range of styles influenced by hip-hop culture.
I was blown away by their performance last year at The Royal Ballet & Opera House so this hit my radar. Great for children as the age guidance is 5-11. 22 February 2025 Free

Six the Musical is coming to a cinema near you - well if you live in the UK. Directed by Liz Clare and recorded at the Vaudeville Theatre in London, the theatrical feature is set to hit UK cinemas on 6 April 2025. This will sell out quickly so be prepared!
