Gourmet Guy recommends for November
Little London Whispers has teamed up with the one and only Gourmet Guy. Each month we’ll bring you his monthly recommendations for the best places to eat across London.
This November we are looking for new spots to treat ourselves ahead of the Christmas season. Here are Tom’s top seven choices for the month.
Tom’s Top 7 for November
Bibi London creates exceptional Indian dishes with a contemporary edge that are packed full of flavour. They pride themselves on using quality British produce at their Mayfair restaurant.
Set within a 310 year old building, Sucre London brings open-fire Latin American cuisine to Soho. Not forgetting the perfect pairing of tantalising cocktails to each dish.
Royale London is a lockdown idea brought to life in East London. Head Chef Lucy Timm brings simple Provincial flavours alongside an extensive wine, whiskey and gin menu to the table.
Fiercely unique, Daffodil Mulligan brings the spirit of Ireland to Shoreditch. With international influences based in the basement bar Gibneys, it is the ultimate location for drinking, dining and live music.
Within Clerkenwell sits a Grade II* listed building that is Sessions Arts Club specialising in European flavours. A sleek urban space with a studio focused feel spread across the three terraces, rooftop bar, and swimming pool.
Soma Soho combines modern and minimalist styles with the classic speakeasy. Swing by for cocktails inspired by the flavours of India and its neighbouring countries. It is the ideal nightcap spot.
The Peckham based Kudu Grill excels in South African inspired food. The menu changes with the seasons, celebrating hunters, foragers in addition to the exceptional produce that makes this place a must visit.
